The Verkhovna Rada adopted as a basis the draft law on amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine (re temporary measures during the anti-terrorist operation)

The bill (Reg. No. 4314а) suggests determining a simplified mechanism of renouncing the simplified tax system due to transition to the payment of other taxes and fees for individual entrepreneurs operating in the area of the temporary anti-terrorist operation.
